1. Welcoming of New EC Members / Bid Adieu of outgoing EC members.
2. To confirm the EC/GB Meeting minutes held at the 47th IAMM conference at Pune in 2024.
3. Action taken on minutes of the GB Meeting.
4. Selection of topics for 49th IAMM Conference: a) IAMM Symposium and b) Student Symposium
5. Decision Regarding the venues for next IAMM Conference.
6. Decision of various Awards:

a) Dr S C Agarwal Oration Award
b) Dr H I Jhala Award
c) IAMM Endowment Oration Award
d) Dr U C Chaturvedi Lifetime Achievement Award

7. Secretary's Annual Report- Dr Sonal Saxena
9. Editor's report and statement of IJMM accounts- Dr Chand Wattal
